Regular school attendance is essential if children are to achieve their full potential.
School starts each day at 8.55am and finishes at 3.15pm. Please let the School Office know if your child is likely to be late or ensure that on a late arrival, that your child checks in with the Office for their attendance to be properly recorded.
The governors and staff of Little Chalfont Primary School believe that regular school attendance is the key to enabling children to maximise the educational opportunities available to them and become emotionally resilient, confident and competent adults who are able to realise their full potential and make a positive contribution to their community.
We understand that there may be difficulties in regularly getting a child to school and the school will work with families to identify the reasons for persistent poor attendance and try to resolve any difficulties.
