Parent questionnaire February 2018

Dear Parents & Carers

Mr Hacking has sent out a parent survey with the latest weekly newsletter, in order to obtain your current views of provision at Little Chalfont Primary School. The questionnaire is available with the newsletter on the Weekly Newsletter page.

Please include any comments with areas where you feel the school could be improved/developed. Once completed could you please drop your completed response into the box that will be located at Reception labelled “Survey returns.”

Mr Hacking would like parents/carers to fill in the survey anonymously so the survey is a true and accurate reflection.
