Breakfast Club and After School Club

Dear parents,

Booking your child's place:

All bookings must be made online, and you can do so by following the link at the bottom of this email. When you book online, you can opt to pay with card or childcare vouchers. If you would like to pay with CCV, you will need to add your preferred providers to your child's profile which can be found in 'My Family'. As soon as this has been updated you will be able to choose your provider under payment method. If you cannot see your provider listed, please contact us on the email address at the bottom of this email.

Collection procedure:

When collecting your children between 3:15pm – 4:30pm, please can you call the office at the gate to be allowed access to the site as normal, after 4:30pm the gate will be open for you to push, to gain access (our contact number will be displayed at the gate if you need to contact us) Then walk up to the main entrance and ring the bell or call the team to notify a member of our team you are at the door.

Please can we ask that you are patience during this process as staff will be delivering activities or preparing food for afternoon snack.

You can view the planned themes and activities schedule this forthcoming week below. If your child does not want to take part in the main activity, they will still have the option to take part in any of the other games and general free play we offer at the club.

If there is space available on any the sport club running that afternoon, they will be invited to take part. Activities listed below

Premier Education Sports Clubs:

Don't forget that Premier Education sports clubs are available throughout the half term! You can still book online (pending availability) and will only pay for the remaining sessions.

If your child hasn't already booked a place for these sessions, we encourage you to do so soon to secure their spot. Spaces are limited, and we want to ensure every child has the opportunity to participate in these enriching activities.

We look forward to welcoming your child to our Afterschool Wraparound and providing them with a memorable and enriching experience.

Breakfast Club provision is available in house. Please see the attached form to register and book.

Premier Education are providing after school care every day the school is open and offer extra-curricular sport activities each day. Our aim is to deliver a top quality, Ofsted registered provision, with a range of stimulating activities in a safe, secure, and fun environment, providing an outstanding service for busy parents.

Our staff will adapt each day based on children’s needs or the weather, but timings and structure of the days will be consistent. Activities will be designed to fit in with the schools termly theme and include arts & crafts, baking, sports, lego, games, quiet reading, and general free play. A healthy snack will be provided for all children who are staying until 6pm.

4.15pm–6:00pm £7.50

3:15pm-6:00pm £13.00
