School Readers Partner
At LCPS, we benefit from the support of excellent volunteers through School Readers. This charity recruits local community members to provide their time to hear children read every week. We currently enjoy the support of Geoff, Ian and Caroline working with children from Year 2 to Year 6.
Chorleywood Book Shop
Supporting our local book store has been hugely beneficial to the school. As well as providing fantastic stock for our book fair each term, the Chorleywood Book Shop also arrange author visits to LCPS. In recent years, we have been incredibly lucky to spend time with Cerrie Burnell, Alex Falase-Koya, Sarah Coyle, Mini Grey, Steven Lenton and Phillip Reeve.
