Aims and Objectives
LCPS PTA is an integral part of the school, raising thousands of pounds each year to spend on equipment and resources to provide enhancements and improve facilities to benefit our children's education and enjoyment during their time at the school.
We work as a forum for communication between the parents and the school, bringing forward your ideas, suggestions and feedback. We strive to build a strong sense of community within the school, looking to achieve this through the many and varied events organised throughout the year.
Who We Are
The PTA is made up of parent members including two co-chairs, vice-chair, treasurer and secretary and two teacher members, including the headmaster.

Meetings
In addition to our AGM, we meet as a team six times a year (twice a term). Held in the evenings, our meetings provide the opportunity to share ideas, plan for future events and fundraising initiatives, discuss spending requirements and to hear about school news. When working on larger events, we also meet in smaller groups, or sub-committees.
If you would like to find out more about joining the PTA, please talk to us or come along to one of our meetings - they're open to everyone to attend! If you would like further information, please contact us at ptalcps@gmail.com
PTA HELPERS
Don't have the time to for the full commitment? The PTA is supported by the network of Class Reps (1-2 for each year) and by Friends of the Committee, who are parents who would like to help out more at events but who have not joined the full Committee. Many go on to join. A separate WhatsApp group is active and we always need a extra set of hands for organizing and events on a no commitment basis . Get in touch if you would like to be added to the group.
